Fuchu Summer Festival '91 was Tokyo Race Track's 10th anniversary event,
and was held in Fuchu City, Tokyo, Japan at 1:00 PM on 24 August, 1991.
Isao Tomita was the guest at the festival, and his performance included a
fireworks display. The sound was 2 channel stereo, not his usual 3-D.
